Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mazari Home. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • We accept returns within he same day of receiving your order please email us at mazarihomeg@gmail.com or through our Instagram account.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Please note, any personalized or custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please contact us within the same day of receiving your order through our email mazarihomeg@gmail.com or our Instagram account.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • We will assist you in processing the exchange and provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at mazarihomeg@gmail.com or through our Instagram account within he same day of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within the same day we receive the returned item, and will be send through Instapay or bank account transfer. 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping

We only offer local shipping for all orders made through Mazarin Home Website. Every order is prepared per request, kindly allow some time for processing your order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is completed and ready for dispatch.

Courier Delivery

Orders placed through the Mazarin Home website are shipped via a third-party courier after leaving our warehouse. Once dispatched, you will receive a notification email, then a message from the courier and then the courier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays.
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or a national holiday will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times are approximate and refer only to delivery time, not order preparation time.

Within Cairo:

  • Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days

Other Cities in Egypt:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

Pickup your Order

After placing your order, please reach out to us via our Instagram page to arrange a pickup. If you prefer same-day delivery, you may also coordinate with a pickup service of your choice.
