Our small team works to pack and dispatch your order within two business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your delivery. Delivery usually takes 1-3 days.

At the moment, we only offer shipping within Egypt. We are working on expanding to other regions and will keep you updated when we are able to ship internationally.

Yes, we understand that accidents can happen. If your product gets damaged, and it can be repaired or polished, we offer repair services to restore it to its original condition.
